The Annual General Meeting of the Wellington Region ME/CFS Support Group will be held on Monday 16 August 2010 at 12:30pm, in the hall behind St Judes Church, 68 Freyberg St, Lyall Bay. (Please note that this is instead of our usual monthly meeting and will be held a week later than our usual second Monday of the month.)
Notices of motion by email or by mail to PO Box 14-451, Kilbirnie, Wellington 6241 need to be received by Monday 9 August.
Nominations for President, Vice President, Secretary, President and committee also need to be received by 9 August and must be signed by the person being nominated, either before being sent or at the meeting. If there are insufficient nominations, nominations can be called for at the meeting.
Please do try to be there if you can (we all understand if you can’t) as everyone’s input is important. If there is anything you would like discussed during General Business, please let us know.
Please don’t let lack of transport stop you being there. If you need transport, send an email and a lift will be arranged for you.
